Becoming a healthier, wiser healthcare consumer is easy with tools to help along the way. Fontis provides easy access to a collection of online tools, including provider lookups, low cost provider links, hospital ratings and comparisons, qualified expense resources, and more.

Personal Health Risk Assessment (PHRA)
Studies show that when consumers understand their personal health risks, they make better lifestyle decisions. That's why we integrate a Personal Health Risk Assessment directly into our HSA Support System. Employees can complete their PHRA online and the resulting report identifies the areas of their health that need improvement. By completing a PHRA each year, our system can help employees monitor the progress they make.
