Our Updated Personal Health Risk Assessment

The newest release of our HSA platform includes an update to our integrated Personal Health Risk Assessment (PHRA).

Our PHRA is the backbone of the Fontis Wellness Incentive Program. Employees are given an incentive to complete their online Risk Assessment, and our system then uses the private results to generate a personalized monthly education curriculum for each employee. The PHRA helps you reward employees for learning more about the health issues that impact them the most.

Our updated PHRA also delivers a HIPAA-compliant Employer Aggregate Wellness Report that allows your clients to see a detailed snapshot of their company’s overall health—enabling them to design better programs and activities to address their most significant internal health issues.
