Our Wellness Incentive Program: Now Available For ANY Health Plan!

With the demand for wellness programs growing for both consumer-directed and traditional health plans, we’re excited to announce that our unique online Wellness Incentive Program is now available as a stand-alone option, regardless of the type of health plan the employer offers.

How does it work? Simple. The Fontis Wellness Incentive Program allows the employer to reward employees for learning more about their personal health risks. Employees simply log in to their secure Fontis account to watch a short monthly curriculum of wellness education videos. Fontis tracks their progress, and employees who complete their requirements earn rewards.

We personalize the program by generating a curriculum for each employee based on the results of an online health risk assessment, so employees are rewarded for learning more about their unique health risks.

Employers are free to choose their own reward type—cash, gift cards, additional vacation hours—whatever motivates employees.
