Fontis Health Launches Software Version 2.4

Fontis Health launches version 2.4 of its software today, which includes two significant updates.

• New password standards

  In order to maintain our commitment to the highest standard of system security, we are updating requirements of our password system. The updated minimum length for passwords will now be 8 characters, with a maximum length of 20 characters. There must be at least one numeric digit and one letter.

  This update requires that all users (agents, employers, and employers) establish a new password before logging into the system. The user will have to click the “Forgot Your Password” link on the homepage to receive an email from the Fontis administrator. This email will contain a temporary password and a link to establish a new password. You will not be able to log in to the system until you have established a new password.

• Cafeteria plan documents update

  All cafeteria plan documents will be updated to reflect the new HSA law language, as passed in January.
