Inside Sales Representative

Fontis Health is currently seeking an energetic and motivated inside sales professional with a strong drive for success. Our internal sales force will drive the development of our client base by targeting health insurance agents and introducing the Fontis platform as a value-added enhancement of their services. Your ability to proactively build relationships with a variety of people combined with a strong aptitude for service will determine your success in this role.

As Fontis Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Utilize consultative sales methods to sell over the phone and via e-mail
• Grow client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts; maintain existing accounts
• Schedule and conduct web-based presentations to demonstrate products
• Generate revenue, and exceed attainable monthly quota
• Assist subscribing agents in the utilization of Fontis for increasing their sales
• Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
• Understand current trends within the healthcare, HSA, and insurance industry, and inform clients why our product makes business sense

Qualifications:

• An understanding of the insurance industry and experience with carrier or agent office (preferred )
• Previous inside sales experience – minimum of 1 year -- with either lead generation activities or selling
• Solid communication skills, both oral and written with strong phone presence
• Must be self-empowering and disciplined
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Familiar with using internet for research
