Account Manager

Fontis Health is currently seeking an energetic and motivated service-oriented individual to fill the role of Account Manager. This position helps support our internal sales force by providing daily assistance managing the needs of our clients – both health insurance agents and employers. Your ability to maintain relationships with a wide variety of clients and exhibit exceptional communication skills will determine your success in this role.

As Fontis Account Manager, you will:

• Schedule and conduct web-based presentations to demonstrate products and lead training
• Assist subscribing agents in the utilization of Fontis for increasing their sales
• Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
• Understand current trends within the healthcare, HSA, and insurance industry, and inform clients why our product makes business sense
• Guide clients through the Fontis workflow with natural ease and ensure that all requirements are fulfilled.
• Primarily responsible for delivering and servicing renewals with employers

Qualifications:

• An understanding of the insurance industry (preferred)
• Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred)
• Solid communication skills, both oral and written with strong phone presence
• Must be self-empowering and disciplined
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency
• Familiar with using internet for research
