Thanks for the very generous compliment!!

I use extra light Phily Cream cheese which for this receipe only has 4g of fat for the whole receipe…divide that by the 10-12 bars it makes and their is very little fat!

Also thought I would mention that I don’t follow a completely fat free diet. Good fats do serve vital roles in our diet so I try to get them mainly from “good sources” eg, walnuts, olive oil, salmon, eggs etc.

    Hope that has helped :-)

    Cheers!

You look like Angelina Jolie. U’re just better. Don’t you believe that cream cheese has too much fats for a bar? Even if organic?

Thanks for the feedback. I have posted the recipe for you which I have tweaked a little for better consistency.

    Enjoy! :-)

Thank so much for sharing the recipe!! I have to admit that I have had some trouble getting the video to play all the way through. Would you mind posting a written copy of this recipe to refer to? Also how many bars does the recipe make? And can you make a bunch and freeze and eat them at a later time? Awesome … Thanks!!!
