Okay, by your retarded “link” that you got from who knows where, Milk is linked to cancer, cheese is linked to cancer.. Casein is found in dairy products, its about 60 Casein/40 Whey. I’m calling bullshit.

  6. jetlaged says:

casein has been linked with cancer…

insulin spikes will result in minimal hormone production during sleep. absolutely stupid woman, absolutely stupid video.

  8. danokan says:

That fruit will cause a nasty insulin spike. Too much sugar. Powder and water, maybe a couple ice cubes and that’s it!!

  9. lynngaff says:

I love when thin people who have been naturally thin their whole lives think they know good nutrition. That protein Shake has way to much sugar in it for before bed.

have a tin of Tuna before bed if you don’t mind fish, does the same trick as a protein shake, only less fat and next to no sugar.

  12. d3rfliw says:

whey is full of lactose and casein?
are u out of ur fucking mind?

  13. KANETREADWELL says:

No, that is bollocks. Casein in is milk/cheese most dairy product.
you are getting confused with extreme intake of protein, which can damage the liver. But I’m talking LOTS of protein.

Casein specifically will not harm anything.

  14. KANETREADWELL says:

    Whey protein before bed?

    She should use casein.

  15. steveoco1 says:

    WTF is this woman doing?

    This is a nutritional blunder!

You should go to bed on an empty stomach! You will sleep better if your digestive system is not working!

If your going to eat something before bed eat fruit! It is digested very quickly!

Also, whey is full of lactose and casein. Stay away from it!

Now eating protein before bed is just plain STUPID.

  19. 11September2009 says:

If you like your body stay away from casein.

    Google the china study.

  20. uberownagemonkey says:

she probably just lives in australia

  21. lordblades says:

You shouldn’t eat just before you sleep, that’ll make you have trouble sleeping. Something to do with the digesting i guess, kinda hard to relax just after eating. Have to wait a moment.

  22. Shirotaka92 says:

Its 9pm lol. Its broad daylight outside lol.

  23. Rockerheads says:

casein can do harm to your livers? are you serious?

  24. jiawei18 says:
