What is Fontis Health?

Fontis Health is an online education, enrollment, wellness, and incentive support platform designed to simplify Group HSA Plans for agents, employers, and employees.

The unique Fontis platform supports all three types of users in the healthcare supply chain. Our product:

• helps agents save time, become more productive, and sell a more complete HSA solution,
• helps employers reduce healthcare costs, educate and enroll employees in their HSA plan, and engage employees in a proactive approach to healthcare,

The Fontis HSA Support System integrates with any HSA-qualified health plan to provide support from enrollment to renewal. Once Fontis is set-up by the employer, our system provides every employee with their own secure online portal. Through this portal, employees have access to:

• an engaging HSA education video customized about their plan design,
• a simple online HSA enrollment system,
• a unique healthcare consumerism education video library,
• an online wellness program customized for each employee based on the results of a health risk assessment,
• and dozens of online tools that make an HSA plan easy.

Then we tie it all together with our innovative incentive program—a one-of-a-kind program that uses HSA dollars to reward employees for becoming proactive about their own health.
